Order Securely Online anytime by adding products to your shopping cart by clicking on the add to cart button located by all products. When you're done adding items, simply click on the "View Cart" tab at the top and click on the checkout button and follow the directions on the screen.

The shipping charges are as follows:

  • Free Ground Shipping on orders over $75.00 (after any discounts) and shipping to the 48 contiguous states (lower 48)! These orders are in transit 2-5 days excluding weekends and holidays. They are shipped via UPS Ground and must have a street address, no PO Boxes or APO/FPO. You should choose Postal if you wish to ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO. NOTE: all orders take 1-3 business days for processing before they are shipped. Please remember this when calculating shipping times (processing time + time in transit).


  • UPS Ground is our standard shipping for contiguous U.S. orders. The rate is based on the weight of the products plus the weight of the packaging. We use actual UPS shipping charges, we do not charge a handling or processing fee. These orders are in transit 3-5 days excluding weekends and holidays. They are shipped via UPS Ground and must have an actual street address, they cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO. You should choose Postal if you wish to ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO. The easiest way to find out what the shipping charges will be is to add the items to your cart and then use the shipping calculator located at the bottom of the cart page. Enter your Zip Code and your State and choose United States for the country. Choose your desired shipping method and click apply to update your total.   • Postal is also available for U.S. orders. You must choose this method if you are shipping to a PO Box, a military address, or live in AK, HI, Guam or Puerto Rico. The rate is based on the weight of the products plus the weight of the packaging. We use actual USPS shipping charges, we do not charge a handling or processing fee. Postal orders must have a valid US Postal Service mailing address. These orders are in transit 3-7 days excluding weekends and holidays. If you do not select this method and one of the above situations apply to you, your order will be modified and your total will be adjusted. They are shipped via UPS 3 Day Select and must have an actual street address, they cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO. You should choose Postal if you wish to ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO. The easiest way to find out what the shipping charges will be is to add the items to your cart and then use the shipping calculator located at the bottom of the cart page.   • USPS Express shipping is also available in the U.S. Shipping costs for Express orders are based on the weight of the order plus the weight of the box. NOTE: A SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED ON ALL USPS EXPRESS PACKAGES. THE SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL CONTAIN A TRACKING LINK WHICH WILL TELL YOU THE DATE OF DELIVERY. USPS Express packages are in transit 1-2 days. USPS Express orders must have a valid US Postal Service mailing address. We cannot ship USPS Express to APO/FPO addresses.   • International Orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail International. The shipping charges are based on the weight of the order plus the box and a handling fee. International orders are in transit 4-10 days. The easiest way to find out what the shipping charges will be is to add the items to your cart and then use the shipping calculator located at the bottom of the cart page. Enter your Postal Code and your Province and choose your country. Choose International for your shipping method and click apply to update your total. Any local duties, taxes or customs charges assessed by your government are your responsibility. Keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges. Please note that if a package is sent to someone other than you, that person is responsible for payment of duties and taxes. If you refuse to accept delivery of the package, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges. We do not accept any orders or ship anywhere except Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK and the United States. UK includes: England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Alderney, Sark and Isle of Man. NOTE: all orders take 1-3 business days for processing before they are shipped. Processing Your Order

It generally takes between 1 and 3 business days from the time your order is placed for the order to be processed, packed, and ready for shipping. Please remember this when calculating shipping times (processing time + time in transit). NOTE: International orders may take additional time. We will verify the information you provide us with the card issuing bank before you order ships.

Order Status

When your order ships, you will receive an email with complete information on what was shipped and a tracking number. That number can be used to track your package in transit. Instructions for tracking are included in the email. You can also check the status of your order at anytime here: Order Status. Please note, if you call UPS to make an address change or your address is incorrect they will charge us an address change/correction fee. We will pass this along to you.

Backorders

Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will give you an estimated time of availability and give you the choice of canceling the out-of-stock items and sending the remaining items in your order or holding off shipment of your entire order until the out-of-stock product is available and we can ship your order whole.

Matching Dye lots

Dye lots are guaranteed to match for yarn placed in a single order. If we have differing lot numbers we will contact you before sending your order to verify that you need all of the same number. Exceptions include: yarns that are not dyelotted and discontinued or clearance yarns. You may receive differing numbers on non dyelotted yarns. We cannot guarantee matching numbers on clearance or discontinued yarns, we will send whatever we have on hand.

Sales tax is charged to Michigan addresses only.

90 day Money Back Guarantee

All of our products are unconditionally guaranteed and may be returned for exchange or refund, less shipping and handling, within 90 days from the date of shipping. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 90 days of shipment. Exceptions are computer software, books, discontinued items, clearance items and special orders. Books are only returnable if damaged in transit, it will be replaced with the same title. Software is returnable if unopened otherwise it will only be replaced with the same title. There are absolutely no refunds on books, opened software, discontinued items, clearance items or special orders.

You will need an RMA number before returning any products. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. Please click here to request an RMA.

You are responsible for shipping and insurance charges on returns and exchanges unless the return is due to a defective item or a mistake made by YarnSupply.com. Items must be returned in the condition received. Please enclose a copy of your invoice and a note explaining why you are returning the product. ** NOTE: Special Order items are not returnable. Returns over $100.00 are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

YarnSupply.com has no liability in the case of orders arising from typographical errors and reserves the right to cancel any orders without assigning any reasons.
